Simple Finger Lime and Avo
Breakfast
Instructions:
- Cut the avocado in half and remove the pit. Scoop the flesh from the skin and place it in a bowl. Mash it with a fork.
- Cut the finger limes in half and use a spoon to remove the pulp inside.
- Add the finger lime pulp to the mashed avocado and mix well. Add a pinch of salt and pepper.
- Drizzle a bit of olive oil to the toast slices and spread the avocado mixture over them.
- Garnish with extra finger lime pulp on top and enjoy!
You can also add other ingredients like cherry tomatoes, sliced.
