Simple Finger Lime and Avo

Instructions:

  1. Cut the avocado in half and remove the pit. Scoop the flesh from the skin and place it in a bowl. Mash it with a fork.
  2. Cut the finger limes in half and use a spoon to remove the pulp inside.
  3. Add the finger lime pulp to the mashed avocado and mix well. Add a pinch of salt and pepper.
  4. Drizzle a bit of olive oil to the toast slices and spread the avocado mixture over them.
  5. Garnish with extra finger lime pulp on top and enjoy!

You can also add other ingredients like cherry tomatoes, sliced.
